EmployAbility Organisations Ireland
EmployAbility services provide an employment support for people with health conditions, injuries, illness, or disability.
It is also a recruitment advice service for the business community. Your local EmployAbility service will give you employment help. It also gives employers access to a pool of potential employees.
Providers also deliver:
- in employment support for both the employer and the employee.
- a professional job-matching service to help ensure successful recruitment
- advice and information on additional employment supports and grants
Access to these service providers is through referral. Your Intreo Case Officer (or LES Mediator) will refer you if you both agree that you would benefit from the type of service and supports provided.

LESN provides free and confidential information, guidance, and job-searching support as well as training and educational opportunities.
The LESN provides the following supports/services to Jobseekers:
- Professional one to one support to assist with career progression
- Access to Job Seeking supports (phones, emails, printing and photocopying)
- Access to Job Vacancy listing and information
- Assisting with CV, job applications forms, letters and aptitude tests
- Interview coaching
- Assessment of current education, training and skills experience
- Information on/referral to training courses available
- Access to financial supports for accredited training
- Information on/Referral to Community Employment Schemes (CE)
- Information on supports available to jobseekers regarding ‘Starting your own business’ through Back to Work Allowance
- Assistance with completing Business Plans and referral to the Department of Social Protection
