The Disability & the Workplace skills session will focus on building participant understanding and confidence when it comes to discussing disability issues in a work / professional environment.

The session will explore topics including the Social Model of Disability, Language of Disability, and Disclosure.  There will also be breakout groups which will give participants an opportunity to discuss their own understanding and experiences of Disability & the Workplace.
