Hays Recruitment will deliver this Interview Skills session that will provide jobseekers with disabilities with valuable information and insights into the Interview Process in a private sector organisation.

The session will look at how best to prepare and present for an interview, the different stages involved, and what are the most important things employers look for. There will also be a break-out session where participants will be able to get practice and feedback on some of their interview techniques.

Sarah Lyons has 8 years’ experience in agency recruitment, and part of Hays’ role as an agency is to support candidates in their interview processes. She has spent the last 5 years as a people manager being involved in internal recruitment for Hays and, as a member of the DE&I Council, is passionate about making Hays and the companies they work with more diverse, equitable and inclusive.
